What is this?

The employment agency pays 15-100% of training costs (more for smaller companies) and can subsidize your wages during training. Covers courses lasting more than 120 hours that lead to recognized qualifications.

Am I eligible?

Employed workers in Germany whose skills are becoming outdated due to digital transformation or structural change. Your employer must agree to release you for training. Company size affects how much the government covers.
