Is there a free plan?▾
Yes. Individuals, hiring teams and universities all have a free tier with usage limits. Hiring teams get one complete requisition free, then pay per hire or subscribe. You can use SkillShift indefinitely without paying.
What does Pro unlock for individuals?▾
The JD Matcher (paste any job posting, get a fit score, tailored CV bullets, cover-letter opening and talking points), Interview Prep (tailored questions and STAR frameworks built from your background), unlimited AI analyses and cover letters, unlimited saved jobs and career paths, PDF export, and side-by-side role comparison.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual) with no lock-in. Cancel from your settings or the Stripe portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?▾
Yes. Individual Pro is also available yearly, and Corporate and University Pro offer annual billing at roughly 2 months free. Per-requisition credits for hiring teams are a one-time payment, no subscription.
What payment methods are accepted?▾
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency (USD, EUR, or GBP) based on your location.
