What is this?
Companies get an annual training credit that they can use to train their employees. They organize the training and then claim the cost back through reduced social security payments.
Am I eligible?
All companies in Spain that pay social security contributions. The training credit is calculated based on company size and previous year's contributions. Every company gets a minimum credit.
