What is this?
Lets you alternate between work and training (similar to an apprenticeship) while keeping your employment contract and salary. Training costs are covered by your company's OPCO.
Am I eligible?
Employed workers in France with a qualification below bachelor level (below licence/Bac+3) who want to change careers or advance within their company. Your employer and OPCO must agree.
