Pays the remaining tuition not covered by HOPE Grant for high-demand trade and tech programs at Georgia technical colleges. Often combined to make tuition free.

Georgia residents enrolled at a TCSG technical college in one of 17 strategic-industry programs (e.g. CDL, EMT, welding, computer programming, electrical lineworker, healthcare, automotive). Must qualify for the HOPE Grant first.
