What is this?
Free or heavily subsidized higher education courses (certificates, diplomas, degrees) in areas with skills shortages. Courses are part-time and designed for people who want to upskill or change careers.
Am I eligible?
Irish and EU residents. Free for unemployed people, homemakers, and those on certain welfare payments. Employed people pay 10% of the course fee for courses at NFQ Level 7-9.
