What is this?
Companies use their accumulated fund balance to finance employee training. Covers technical skills, digital skills, languages, and management training. Individual workers can also access training through voucher mechanisms.
Am I eligible?
All employees in Italy whose company contributes to an interprofessional fund (most do, as it is funded through 0.30% of social contributions). Major funds include Fondimpresa, Forte, FonCoop.
