What is this?
Pays for all apprenticeship training and assessment costs. Apprentices earn a wage while training and work towards qualifications from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) up to Level 7 (master's equivalent).
Am I eligible?
Anyone 16+ in England can do an apprenticeship. Employers with a wage bill over GBP 3 million pay a levy; smaller employers get 95% of training funded by government. You must work at least 30 hours/week.

Advanced Learner Loan

A loan (similar to student loans) that covers the cost of courses at approved colleges. You only start repaying when you earn over the repayment threshold. The loan is written off after 30 years.
